This project brought with it a unique challenge due to the wetlands that divided the site into two unequal and restricted sections.  Close proximity to I-405 also contributed to design criteria.

To maximize the buildable area, CDA made use of retaining walls to regulate site slope and to allow a sharper distinction between the units and the wetlands.  The wetlands and buffer fields provide view opportunities for many units.

17 buildings provide both traditional-style and townhome-style apartments. The units enjoy large decks, numerous windows and fireplaces, and are paired with a spacious interior. Most units are provided with covered parking, and the site layout provides clear separation of vehicles and pedestrians.
