This sister-project to the nearby Clearview 100 Apartments is the latest step in the efforts of the City of University Place to build up the downtown core.  The 44,800 S.F. lot adjoins the existing City Hall and library to fill out the southern portion of the site.

In cooperation with the city, the scope of the project includes extending the existing 3-level parking garage under the new building.  In return, any parking spaces not reserved for tenants will be leased back to the city to serve first floor retail spaces.

The project has been designed in two phases, allowing the client and city to scale back the project as needed to account for a changing economic outlook.
