Project: Oxford Park Condo Renovations
Location: Issaquah, Washington
Client: Oxford Park HOA
Scope: Major Renovation
Completed: 1999

Due to deficiencies in the original construction, this 37 unit community required repairs to rectify damage caused by water infiltration where flashing and weatherproof membranes had been improperly installed.

After a full investigation of the property and the damaged locations, Casey + DeChant Architects developed a Repair Methodology Report outlining how to repair the damage and make the necessary corrections to the built conditions.

CDA oversaw the development of construction documents and management of the construction administration. The existing siding and building paper were removed and replaced. Deteriorated construction material was replaced, and improper construction redone. Repairs were completed in 8 months and within the established budget.
