Project: Eagle's Watch
Location: Puyallup, Washington
Client: Dobler Management Company, Inc.
Scope: Exterior Renovation
Completed: 2012

Purchased from the city of Puyallup, this run-down, unattractive property was in need of major renovations to update the units to more desirable conditions. Work was permitted and completed in multiple phases, starting with new washers and dryers in 112 units across 9 buildings, completing a partial laundry installation that had been done in the other buildings.

Other existing partial upgrades included updated siding to only some buildings. Casey + Dechant designed new exteriors for the remaining 10 buildings, which included remodeled entry points.  All units received renovated decks with new storage units.

The site also received a new entry gate and gate control point. A new EVA gate was installed at an existing access drive, limiting traffic to a single entry and exit point. Scattered dumpsters were removed and replaced with a single compactor /recycling location. New carports were installed over 88 existing stalls.

The existing recreation building underwent a complete remodel, turning the space into a far more open and friendly environment for management staff and residents. A new pool pavilion and outdoor hot tub complete the renovation.
