This triplex is the second phase in a four-part neighborhood improvement project undertaken by the Housing Authority of Thurston County.  In light of the future planned improvements, the design had to take into account the need for future street improvements.

Each three-bedroom, two-bath unit is 1,400 SF and sits on the corner of of two residential streets.  A one-car detached garage and one-car uncovered parking spot serve each unit, and are accessed from a new alley running behind the building.

Adjacent properties received minor improvements such as new fencing and landscape buffers to establish a clear boundary between the site and its neighbors.
