One story infill development along the Arts district of Sixth Avenue in Tacoma. With a sloping street and a lot elevated above street level, Casey + DeChant Architects employed creative solutions to accessibility and design standards that integrated the site rather than fighting it.

City of Tacoma requires off-street parking. By utilizing the back alley for access, parking is separated from the street in the rear of the building. Entry to both leasable spaces is provided from the parking lot, as well as a paved path to the front street entries
